The Learn English in Wales Conference 2015

It's all over :-( 

The third Learn English in Wales Conference took place last Saturday November 21st at the brand new Cardiff and Vale College on Dumballs Road. I feel passionately about our association and also delighted that once again the great and the good of Welsh TEFL came together in the spirit of sharing best practice in learning and teaching.

In addition to listening to TEFL practitioners of international fame (Lebeau, Scrivener) we all enjoyed excellent elective sessions from speakers who work in local schools and universities. This is a wonderful opportunity for both professional development and also a good catch up with colleagues and friends.

Feedback on the event was overwhelmingly positive and many delegates expressed a strong wish to have another LEW Conference as soon as possible. Well, that may well come to pass, so please watch this space for further professional development opportunities via LEW and also for details of our next Conference.
